Who we are

This website is run by ZillA Technologies OÜ, registered in Estonia (reg. 17335489). We decide how the personal data described here is used, which makes us the controller. To ask anything about it, write to [email protected].

What this website does not do

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It does not load fonts, scripts or embedded content from other companies. Links to YouTube and Microsoft Forms only connect to those services if you click them.

What we do collect

1. Server logs. Like any website, the server that delivers these pages records technical data about each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. We use this only to keep the site secure and working. The hosting provider keeps these logs for a short period and we do not use them to identify you.

2. The enquiry form. If you use the enquiry form (a Microsoft Forms page) or email us, we receive what you choose to tell us, typically your name, email address, company and a description of your project. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss a possible pilot. We do not use it for marketing lists and we do not sell or share it.

The form is provided by Microsoft, which handles the data on its servers on our behalf and under its own privacy terms. Microsoft’s own notice applies when you open the form.

Why we may use it

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website and answering the people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and, where you ask about a pilot, taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we start working together, in which case they become part of the business records for that relationship. Server logs are kept for the short period set by the hosting provider.

Who sees it

Only ZillA Technologies and the providers that run the service for us: the hosting provider and Microsoft (for the form and email). We do not send your data outside the EU or EEA for any purpose of our own.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or stop using it. You can also object to our use of it. Email us at the address above and we will answer within one month. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or to the authority in your own country.

Changes

If we add anything that collects data, such as analytics, we will update this page first and say so at the top.
